That would certainly describe the 1997 Gregg Araki film Nowhere
It tells the story of a day in the lives of a group of high school kids in L.A. and the strange lives they lead. It's a pretty cool flick and certainly very trippy.
The film stars: James Duval, Rachel True, Christina Applegate, Ryan Phillippe, Guillermo Diaz and Legit actress Traci Lords?? unfortunately there's no group Bukake scenes included, just kidding
